School choice is one decision that can be difficult for parents to make. At Bellanadia, we desire to make that decision as smooth as possible by giving you necessary information so you can secure a place for your child in our school.

Our policy

Bellanadia is a faith based school; but we run an open enrolment.  Every child is given equal opportunity however a combination of factors including chronological age, current developmental level and current school placement are considered. There is stipulated number of spaces for each class but sometimes ‘the sibling rule’ may cause us to accommodate more pupils. We have available bus services to ease the burden of school runs.

Children of primary school age will undertake a placement test or interview. This is to help us ensure we have a clue on the child’s needs after admission.

Privacy Notice

 All information provided for this application may be kept by Bellanadia School and exchanged with school and other councils and relevant government department or agencies dealing with school management and related matters (DQA, Social Welfare etc.). It may be used for dealing with matters connected to or ancillary to the child’s education and to update any other records relating to the child, parents or guardians. Anonymous statistical information may also be passed to other organization to help in educational planning and monitoring services.
